Prospect Harbor Light is at the tip of Prospect Harbor Point. The lighthouse is part of US Naval Communications Center. The station was established in 1850. The current lighthouse was built in 1891 and became fully automated in 1951. The tower is constructed of wood and is 38 feet with a focal plane height of 42 feet. The keeper's house was built in 1891, followed by the oil house and boathouse that were built in 1905.

B.L. Ander has a fondness for lighthouse art, and spends a great deal of time visiting the various lighthouses in the North Atlantic coastal region. His limited edition lighthouse print collection is dedicated to these sentinels of the seas and the important task they have performed.

Each lighthouse art print in the B.L. Ander giclee limited edition print collection is printed with archival materials designed to produce long lasting rich color. Additionally, each giclee limited edition print is signed and numbered by B.L. Ander. This limited edition consists of 200 art prints and 10 proof prints.
